Keeping warm during the winter months is vital for good health and wellbeing. An affordable supply of energy is essential for heating, hot water and cooking.  Around 17 per cent of households now pay for their energy through a prepayment meter (PPM). Citizens Advice estimates that 15 per cent of all PPM users self-disconnect from their energy supply at some point.

We are now collecting evidence locally to understand the true scale of the problem.

Here's your opportunity to help inform work we are doing locally and nationally to influence regulators, government and the energy sector itself.
