During the summer of 2013 the office of Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commission heard the views and experiences of hundreds of victims and witnesses. The feedback fed into the development of Northamptonshire’s “Voice” service, that provides free confidential support to victims and witness of crime in Northamptonshire, regardless of what happened and when or where the crime took place.

Three years on I am launching the Northamptonshire Victims of Crime Survey to run throughout January to capture the views of anyone who has been affected by crime, and to ensure these views inform services for the future.

If you have been a victim or witness of crime I would like to invite you to complete the online survey which can be accessed at www.victimsofcrimesurvey.co.uk . The consultation closes on Friday 27th January.

If you would prefer to have a face to face discussion with a member of the Police and Crime Commission to talk about your experience as a victim or witness please send an email to [email protected] or contact us at 01604 888113.

Please help us to shape victim and witness services for the future.

Yours sincerely
Stephen Mold
Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner
