Our warmest, heart-felt congratulations to Jean-Jacques Jego, until his recent retirement the very long-serving mayor of Quincy-Voisins and a great Twinning Association friend of Braunston, on his being granted France's highest award - la Legion d'Honneur, doubtless for his outstanding services to local government. His presentation is next Friday, 10th November and we will definitely be there with him in spirit! Vive la France et Vive Jean-Jacques!!!
