In this week’s post residents will be receiving their new 2020/21 waste and recycling calendar.
Unfortunately after going to print we discovered a design error with a small number of calendar versions which may affect some properties in your area and would like to make you aware.
The error is on the inside page of the calendar where the title “Your collection day is….” displays the wrong day of collection.
There are no changes to current days of collection. The correct day is displayed on the front of the new calendar and all dates published inside are accurate.
This error affects three of the 23 calendar versions and we have sent a letter to all those households affected – please see the template attached.
Letters have been sent to properties in the following areas, however please be aware that not all households in these areas may be affected:
Calendar A-tue-wk1: Daventry – all Timken, all Headlands, all Southbrook, Morning Star Road and Flying Dutchman Way
· Calendar A-wed-wk1: Daventry - Middlemore, Barby, Braunston, Kilsby
Calendar A-thurs-wk1: Clay Coton, Cold Ashby, Cottesbrooke, Creaton Crick, Elkington, Hollowell, Stanford on Avon, Thornby, West Haddon, Winwick, Yelvertoft.
We apologise for any confusion this may cause residents and would be grateful if you could encourage them to look out for their calendar and correction letter this week.
