Our Force Control Room (FCR) is now recruiting! Based at Force Headquarters at Wootton Hall in Northampton, the team takes an average of 1,200 calls a day – and no two are the same.
Life in the FCR can be challenging and pressured, but it is also a hugely rewarding place to work. Knowing you have helped someone at one of the worst times in their life is incredibly satisfying.
