Dear Exhibitor/Helper,
Whether you would like to exhibit your art or craft talent or you want to help make this a really memorable weekend where we celebrate the gifts of Braunston residents, please come to a meeting at the church. The date is WEDNESDAY 18TH JUNE AT 7.OO P.M. You will receive a warm welcome and tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided!
If you are not able to attend then please respond to me by any of the means noted above. Tell me what you want to display or how you can help. If you are an exhibitor it is free but if you want to sell your craft then we ask for 10% of your total take over the weekend. We can supply some tables and display boards but ask you to provide your own, wherever possible. If you are a helper we are looking for stewards, preparers of light lunches and teas and those who will set up and take down at the end.
Do come along to the meeting or respond to me without delay. Do email, ring or write if you are attending the meeting. This could be the start of something special for our village as an annual event. It will be in an iconic building at the heart of our village. It is up to all of us to make this a success.
