Worship on Wednesdays End of Term 18 Jul 2013 (All Saints' Church Braunston) Some children who attend Worship on Wednesdays after school celebrated the end of term by decorating a special WOW! cake.

The cake (designed by Finlay) not surprisingly took much less time to eat than to decorate! We said special prayers for three of our year six children who are leaving Braunston School to go to secondary school and will therefore not be joining us at WOW next year. We will really miss all three of them as they and their families have helped make WOW what it is.

This term we have looked at how we can really know God and not just know about Him and today we finished some discussions about how Jesus is like a window that helps us see God and made windows showing images of Jesus. It was extremely hot work but cake and Mrs Hick's squash and biscuits made us all feel better.

We are looking forward to more games, craft, bible stories and cheerful family worship in the new school year. WOW is fortnightly on Wednesdays during the school term. It takes place  in the school hall between 3.30 ( starting with refreshments) and 4.30 and is for children who are accompanied by a parent or carer as it is about families finding time to worship together.

If you have a child in Braunston School come and join in. We'd love to see you.
