Pure-Flow Cleaning Services is a professional cleaning company providing a regular and reliable service to many satisfied customers in the local area. We value you as a new customer and would like to take this opportunity to explain the way we operate our business.
OUR SERVICES
External cleaning: ‘Advanced Pure Water Cleaning of Contract and Domestic windows’ is the main service that we offer (frames are cleaned at the same time as the windows at no extra cost). We also carry out cleaning of window sills, cladding, guttering, downpipes, signs, banners, building fascia, conservatories and greenhouses.
Our dedicated cleaning vehicles are equipped with the very latest advanced environmentally friendly pure water window cleaning systems and have everything on-board required to complete a first class cleaning service. Pure water used cold will clean windows and frames to a spot free finish. Heated to circa 70°C will remove algae and vegetation from most hard surfaces.
Pure-Flow operators are professionally trained by the ‘British Window Cleaning Academy’ (BWCA).

Internal cleaning: ‘Scheduled cleaning services for homes and offices’ is the main service that we offer. One-off deep cleans, build cleans, pre/post tenancy cleans are also catered for.
For your peace of mind we are fully insured, health and safety compliant and all of our staff are CRB checked.
REGULARITY
We do our best to come as often as we have agreed. To make that possible the windows will be cleaned at the interval required regardless of the weather unless the outside temperature is below freezing. As pure water is left to evaporate naturally, rain does not stop play.
TERMS & METHOD OF PAYMENT
All payments are due on completion of work (unless a written contract with payment terms is in force).
Our operators can accept cash or cheque in person, alternatively cheques can be posted to ‘Pure-Flow Cleaning Services’

Please enclose a copy of our invoice with your cheque or write your name and address on the reverse of your cheque to enable us to update your payment record.
For your convenience we also accept standing orders, direct debits and online BACS payments. Please ask for details.
COMPLAINTS AND CANCELLATIONS
We are confident that you will find the standard of our work exceptional. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you do feel that you need to complain please do so by contacting us as soon as possible.
To cancel your agreement you need to give us 4 weeks notice. Customers who choose to turn away cleaners on a scheduled date may be invoiced for the cleaning fees.
