January - Weather woes 15 Feb 2025 Ice causes first task party of the year to be cancelled but vegetation control continues at the second.

With the weather in our favour a crew of 11 split into two teams. The onside team filled a wash hole in the towpath and trimmed hedges between locks 2 and 3. They went on to trim the hedges that BCS planted at locks 4 and 5 removing the protective wraps from the now established whips. The 'Skippy' team did some offside cutting between locks 2 and 3 and proceeded to remove vegetation from the lock gates on the flight.
